Our HammondCare project, a 2 stage development at 294 Kooyong Road Caulfield comprising 7 single storey cottages, is progressing beautifully.
Stage 1 includes cottages 1-6, and a basement carpark. SJ Higgin’s are the appointed contractor and we have recently reached a 30% complete milestone which includes:
- Completing framing for Cottages 2,4 and 6 and
- Completion of Basement walls and floors.
