ANTONELLA CARE

Director

Antonella adopts a structured approach in everything she does and is well versed in the management and coordination of teams working across complex scenarios. Antonella’s abiding philosophy is to ensure that all parties fully understand their roles and that all project risks are identified and mitigated early. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Building Engineering specialising in Structures and a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying.


Antonella’s experience prior to creating Connect was spent in private practice, local government and at the helm of a construction company.  At Connect, Antonella continues to do use her passion for the health industry in roles and responsibilities that encompass the management of client briefs, design management, authority approvals, cost planning and construction management.  The combination of Antonella’s professional training and experience allows a versatile role across the range of services offered by CPM further enhancing our client serviceability.


MICHAEL GERMANO

Director

Michael has an extensive project career spanning over 25 years and has acted in senior management executive positions for two of Australia’s largest health architectural firms. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tasmania, Michael is equally experienced in project management in the private and public sectors.  Having delivered many projects, Michaels extensive track record reflects his many mutually rewarding associations with valued clients.


Michael’s extraordinary technical experience and demonstrated capability to articulate, manage and deliver complex projects makes him an exceptional resource for our clients. Michael has and continues to work diligently for clients, the confidence they derive from his highly disciplined and organised approach enables them to redirect their time and energy to matters related to their own internal management and corporate objectives. Delivering the best commercial outcomes, and procurement strategies that match the client’s needs, are other major benefits which he brings to a project.
